In today’s fast paced, convenience centred world, attempting to lead a somewhat healthy lifestyle is more important , and equally more difficult, than ever. With so little time to spare, it is easy to fall into a routine of eating and snacking “on-the-go” whilst allowing ourselves to slip into a sedentary existence where we move from the bed to the desk to the couch and back to the bed. All in all this is not good for us. Living a healthy lifestyle involves being consciously aware of the choices you make and the things you do that are good for the body, mind and spirit.
