While you may have gone to school and been involved with sports and fun activities as a child, it’s important to keep this up during your adult life as well!! In today’s fast-paced world, attempting to lead a healthy lifestyle which srikes an effective work life balance is more important, and equally more difficult than ever. With so little time to spare, it is easy to fall into a routine of eating and snacking “on-the-go” whilst allowing ourselves to slip into a sedentary existence where we move from the bed to the desk to the couch and back to the bed. Soon we find that all we are really doing is “living to work” , and when we do have spare time all we want to do is rest!!

All in all this is not good for our bodies or our minds. Having a regular pastime or hobby can provide a necessary outlet for mental stimulation and stress relief, and help you maintain a balanced lifestyle. This hobby can be as an energetic as a sport such as athletics etc. or as peaceful and relaxing as Flower Arranging!!
